"I won a contest that Christine held for a free vegan cupcake tower. I was most looking forward to the banana/peanut butter cupcakes. While they were good, the vanilla ones were great, with a strong vanilla taste. But by far the best were the chocolate cupcakes. Mind you, I’m not a sweets person and I don’t like chocolate much, let alone chocolate cupcakes, but the coconut frosting is just ridiculously delicious. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. The cupcakes you personally dropped off to me today were nothing short of SENSATIONAL...my husband and I both said simultaneously they are the BEST EVER that we’ve experienced...simply divine, tasty and moist beyond words compared to the old “so-called regular type cardboard dry cupcakes” of the past...LOL…(which we haven't had for years and years)…the display was impeccable too! You’ve converted us to indulge in your nutritional and healthy Vegan delectables again now without the guilt! You truly should give these a name!
